Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client technical inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Document all support interactions accurately within our internal ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team with detailed reproduction steps.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear communication and prompt follow-ups.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating and updating troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, patches, and new feature releases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong understanding of Windows/macOS environments and basic networking concepts (DNS, IP, DHCP).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts or overtime when business needs arise.
