Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and access control hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions in security systems efficiently.
- Perform regular system inspections, preventive maintenance, and upgrades.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide on-site technical support and training.
- Ensure all security systems comply with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand project specifications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Electronics, IT, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in technical support or security systems installation.
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, analog systems, and access control panels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Makati City and flexible working hours as needed.
