As a Technical Support Specialist, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage hosting environments, and support client website maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT enthusiast looking to grow their career in a leading digital agency environment, working alongside industry experts to deliver cutting-edge web support and maintain high system reliability.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hosting, domains, and website-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, cPanel/Plesk, and email configuration inquiries.
  • Assist clients with website maintenance, CMS updates (such as WordPress), and basic troubleshooting.
  • Monitor server performance and website uptime to ensure seamless digital experiences.
  • Document technical support tickets, solutions, and client interactions thoroughly within the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with web developers and network administrators to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly and professionally to non-technical clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, web hosting support, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with web hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk) and DNS configuration.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) particularly WordPress, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Solid knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical terms simply.
