Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Implement and maintain CISCO network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage Linux-based systems including patch management, security updates, and performance tuning
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of CISCO networking fundamentals and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security systems
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)
- Certifications such as CCNA, Linux+, or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
