Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate engineering teams while maintaining clear documentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patches to ensure operational efficiency.
- Guide users through remote troubleshooting steps to restore service connectivity.
- Maintain an accurate log of support requests and resolution steps in the internal database.
- Participate in team briefings and continuous improvement initiatives for support processes.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS environments and basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
