Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical assets and office automation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/electronic faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform component-level repairs and replacements to restore equipment functionality
- Provide on-site technical support and client training for equipment operation
- Document service activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or maintenance roles
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical systems and automation equipment
- Valid driving license with clean record for field service requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer communication skills
- Familiarity with office automation systems (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
