Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for in-vehicle systems, hardware diagnostics, and fleet connectivity solutions
- Resolve complex technical issues across telematics, infotainment, and IoT platforms via remote and on-site assistance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and implement firmware updates
- Document support cases, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting protocols
- Monitor fleet system performance and proactively address potential failures
- Train fleet operators on system functionality and best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize system reliability and user experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science) or equivalent technical certification
- 2+ years of technical support experience in automotive, telematics, or IoT environments
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, CAN bus analyzers) and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of complex system failures
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with fleet management systems or connected vehicle platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
