Tanggung Jawab
- Provide top-tier technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Guide customers through technical setups and account configurations.
- Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (office and WFH).
- Stable high-speed internet connection at home.
- Willingness to undergo and complete the paid training program.
