In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for resolving complex technical issues across Dynamics 365 modules including Finance, Sales, and Customer Service. You'll leverage your expertise to diagnose system malfunctions, implement effective solutions, and ensure seamless operation for enterprise clients. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide tier-2 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Sales, Customer Service)
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methodologies
  • Document all support interactions, resolutions, and system configurations in ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including knowledge base articles and user guides
  • Proactively monitor system health and implement preventive maintenance measures
  • Conduct user training sessions to maximize system adoption and efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting Dynamics 365 technical issues (APIs, workflows, plugins)
  • Experience with SQL Server and basic database troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) preferred
  • Knowledge of Power Platform integration with Dynamics 365
