This dynamic dual-role requires you to deliver exceptional technical support while seamlessly managing online sales operations. As the first point of contact, you'll troubleshoot hardware malfunctions, software glitches, network connectivity issues, and IP phone systems with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure minimal downtime for our team while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Beyond technical resolution, you'll handle critical online sales administration tasks, including order processing, customer data management, and support ticket coordination. This position is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess both technical aptitude and administrative finesse.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, network, and VoIP systems
- Act as primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Manage online sales administration tasks including order processing and data entry
- Document technical solutions and maintain comprehensive support records
- Collaborate with IT and sales teams to implement process improvements
- Assist in onboarding new employees with technical setup and training
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues appropriately
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in technical support or helpdesk role
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware/software/network issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
