Tanggung Jawab
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support for payroll systems including troubleshooting, bug resolution, and system maintenance
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement preventive measures to ensure uninterrupted payroll processing
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related technical inquiries and process discrepancies
- Document system configurations, processes, and resolutions for knowledge base maintenance
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security hardening to maintain system integrity
- Train employees on payroll system functionalities and best practices
- Analyze system logs and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, preferably with payroll or HR systems
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues
- Experience with SQL and database management for payroll data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Knowledge of data security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., Data Privacy Act)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure, or similar) are a plus
