Tanggung Jawab
- Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather information and understand technical concepts
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for internal and external support teams
- Create and update FAQs and support documentation based on customer feedback and common issues
- Ensure all documentation follows company style guidelines and best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience through better documentation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technical writing and documentation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the IT or software industry
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and markup languages
