Join Trust Recruit as a Technical Team Lead / Manager specializing in cybersecurity and networking solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of cybersecurity and networking professionals
- Architect and implement secure network infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
- Drive pre-sales activities including technical consultations, solution design, and proposal development
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to deployment and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate client needs into technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity/networking with 2+ years in team leadership
- Strong expertise in network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs) and infrastructure
- Proven pre-sales experience including technical presentations and solution design
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
