Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is looking for a dynamic and safety-driven Technical Team Leader to join our expanding operations in Paranaque City. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians, overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of elevator systems including installation, preventative maintenance, and critical repairs.
As our Technical Team Leader, you will serve as the primary bridge between on-site operations and management, ensuring that every project is delivered with precision, compliance, and excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of field technicians to ensure operational productivity.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of elevator systems in accordance with local safety codes.
- Develop and implement rigorous preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults and provide actionable solutions to the technical team.
- Ensure all site activities comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal company protocols.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and ensure equipment is properly maintained and accounted for.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on site progress, maintenance logs, and incident investigations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent vocational experience).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the elevator or heavy equipment maintenance industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams or field service groups.
- Strong knowledge of elevator control systems, electrical schematics, and mechanical assemblies.
- Valid license (e.g., Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to bridge technical and operational requirements.
