Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our engineering and education division in the heart of Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end training lifecycle, from conducting thorough needs analyses to designing and delivering high-impact curricula. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify technical skill gaps through regular assessments and collaboration with engineering department heads.
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive technical training programs and instructional materials tailored to engineering workflows.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, including classroom lectures, practical demonstrations, and interactive virtual webinars.
- Evaluate trainee performance and the overall effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback loops.
- Manage and maintain the technical training library, ensuring all documentation, manuals, and SOPs are current.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry methodologies.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to technical staff to address specific performance or knowledge gaps in real-time.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and inventory of specialized training equipment and laboratory facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience working in a technical or engineering environment.
- Proven experience in technical training, corporate education, or instructional design.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent presentation, public speaking, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools, e-learning software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Possession of ACTA/ACLP or other recognized adult education certifications in Singapore is a significant advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training outcomes and report on instructional ROI.
