Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in technical training or engineering education
- Deep expertise in EV systems including battery management, motor drives, and power electronics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Certification in adult education or instructional design preferred
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools and EV testing equipment
