Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for global audiences
- Create comprehensive training materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives
- Provide technical mentorship and support to trainees during and after sessions
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to refresh content
- Manage training logistics including scheduling, resources, and virtual platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical training or instructional design
- Strong proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional methodologies
- Expert knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with multilingual capabilities
- Experience developing curriculum for diverse technical audiences
- Certification in technical training (e.g., CTT+, CompTIA CTT+) preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, global teams
