Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a passion for teaching and knowledge transfer? Suprabakti Mandiri is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer (Mechanical) to join our professional development team in Pasar Kemis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating the technical competence of our workforce, ensuring that our team operates at the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and mechanical excellence.
As a Technical Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules focusing on mechanical systems, maintenance protocols, and advanced engineering practices. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between theoretical engineering concepts and practical field applications. We are looking for an expert communicator who can break down complex mechanical processes into actionable learning outcomes for our technical staff.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs related to mechanical systems, machinery maintenance, and industrial components.
- Assess training needs across departments to design curriculum that addresses technical skill gaps.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and practical classroom sessions for engineering and maintenance teams.
- Create high-quality training materials, including manuals, visual aids, presentations, and assessment tests.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and field feedback.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers during troubleshooting and complex installation projects.
- Stay updated with the latest mechanical engineering standards, technological advancements, and industry safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical engineering or technical training role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering technical curriculum in an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components, preventive maintenance, and industrial safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in using technical software and MS Office Suite for training material development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
- Previous certification in training or instructional design is considered a significant advantage.
