Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and facilitate technical training modules for installation teams, ensuring proficiency in product hardware and firmware.
- Conduct regular quality audits on installations to ensure compliance with OEM automotive standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze performance data and installation failure rates to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting complex hardware integration issues.
- Manage the certification process for new technicians, ensuring all team members are equipped with up-to-date knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and regional management, to refine technical processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of training programs, audit results, and quality improvement reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive technical roles, ideally within an OEM or Tier-1 supplier environment.
- Proven experience in delivering technical training or instructional sessions for field-based teams.
- Deep understanding of automotive electronic systems, CAN bus, and telematics integration.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quality assurance and data-driven process improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Relevant certification in quality management (e.g., ISO standards) is a distinct advantage.
