Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and basic maintenance of AWS infrastructure and cloud services.
- Support the data preprocessing and training workflows for AI and Machine Learning models.
- Manage technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by stakeholders and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends, cloud technologies, and best practices to share with the team.
- Handle email correspondence and scheduling for technical leads and department heads.
- Monitor system performance logs and report anomalies or potential issues proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience with machine learning or AI model training is highly preferred.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on data accuracy and security.
