Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation for software or IT products
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, Confluence)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and simplify them for end-users
- Experience with API documentation and developer portals
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing samples
