Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and API references
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex product features into user-friendly content
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and online help systems
- Ensure all documentation adheres to style guides, brand voice, and industry standards
- Conduct usability testing to validate documentation clarity and effectiveness
- Manage documentation lifecycle including version control and updates
- Work with visual designers to enhance documentation with diagrams and illustrations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional technical writing experience
- Proficiency in documentation tools (Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Confluence)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences
