As a Technical Writer at Techtronic, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience by translating technical specifications into user-friendly language. You will work both independently to manage your documentation projects and collaboratively within a cross-functional team to meet tight deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive user manuals, guides, and technical documentation for a diverse range of products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it adheres to style guides and meets industry standards for clarity and usability.
- Work independently to manage documentation projects from conception through to final publication.
- Create and edit diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids to enhance the readability of technical documents.
- Update existing documentation based on product updates, changes in user feedback, or regulatory requirements.
- Conduct user research or usability testing to identify gaps in documentation and improve user comprehension.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Journalism, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in the manufacturing, industrial, or consumer electronics sectors.
- Strong command of the English language, including exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in using technical writing tools (e.g., MS Office, MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, DITA).
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into plain, understandable language.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
