In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical engineering and end-user experience by translating intricate concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation.
As a Technical Writer (DaaS), you will play a crucial role in our product lifecycle, ensuring that our clients can seamlessly understand and utilize our DaaS solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and client success managers, to produce high-quality user guides, API documentation, and release notes. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and product adoption rates.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for DaaS products, including user manuals, implementation guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to gather accurate technical information and translate it into user-friendly content.
- Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product features and releases.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify documentation gaps and improve the overall user experience.
- Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, specifically within the IT, SaaS, or Device as a Service industry.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp) and content management systems (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).
- Experience with API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, Postman) is highly preferred.
