- Develop clear, accurate technical documentation including user manuals, API guides, and product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
- Maintain and update documentation libraries to ensure information accuracy and consistency
- Conduct user research to identify documentation needs and improve content effectiveness
- Create visual aids like diagrams, flowcharts, and screenshots to enhance comprehension
- Adhere to industry-standard documentation methodologies and style guides
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Review and edit technical content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience creating technical documentation for software or IT products
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines
- Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN
- Portfolio demonstrating technical writing samples for complex products
