Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Document all maintenance activities, production data, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or similar technical environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift schedule with rotational days
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
