Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of machinery and engineering equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in mechanical or electrical systems efficiently.
- Repair or replace defective components and parts to minimize operational downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, quality standards, and company regulations during all tasks.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and parts inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems.
- Identify potential safety hazards and report them to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar technician or engineering role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical principles and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Valid valid driver's license (May be required depending on job scope).
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
