Tanggung Jawab
- Perform machine assembly and setup strictly according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical abnormalities to minimize downtime.
- Execute necessary repairs and replacements to restore equipment to optimal operating condition.
- Ensure all assembly and repair tasks comply with strict safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to suggest process improvements and optimize production workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities and repair logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar technician or assembly role.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing setting, including standing for extended periods.
