Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for mechanical excellence? Paxel is looking for a dedicated Technician to join our team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our technical operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our facility assets and machinery operate at peak performance, minimizing downtime, and driving operational efficiency.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the structural and mechanical integrity of our facilities. You will not only be performing preventative and corrective maintenance but also assisting in administrative tasks related to technical budget management and vendor coordination. We are looking for someone proactive, meticulous, and eager to grow within a fast-paced logistics-driven environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Execute installations and hardware upgrades to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the inventory of spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels for ongoing repairs.
- Collaborate with vendors to verify service quality and reconcile technical service budgets.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation for audit purposes.
- Support general facility management tasks to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a technician or in a similar facilities maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery repair and general facility maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to handle urgent repair requests and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
