Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and calibrate machinery/equipment per manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures using diagnostic tools
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
- Document repair processes and maintain service records
- Coordinate with suppliers for replacement parts and technical resources
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering team for system improvements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical/maintenance roles
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and measurement equipment
- Ability to read technical schematics and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
