Tanggung Jawab
- Convert manual machine systems to automated systems to enhance production efficiency.
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to ensure continuous operation.
- Monitor machine performance data and perform calibration as necessary.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new automation technologies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical role within the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, PLCs, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime.
- Valid technical certification is a plus.
