Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults to minimize downtime.
- Execute repairs on reworked products to ensure they meet specific quality and safety standards.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished goods before they are cleared for packaging.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and repair logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and local safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Valid Malaysian driver's license is an added advantage.
