Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor complex manufacturing machinery to ensure maximum output and uptime.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and calibration of production equipment to prevent downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults efficiently.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards (ISO 9001) at all times.
- Document maintenance logs, production metrics, and equipment performance data accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Assist in training junior technicians on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing technician role within the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong working knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Proven track record of maintaining high safety standards and minimizing operational risks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods.
