Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) to ensure optimal uptime in the production facility.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance schedules on mechanical and electrical sub-systems.
- Perform rapid troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system alarms or operational malfunctions.
- Coordinate with production operators to resolve material movement issues promptly.
- Document maintenance activities, system logs, and repair reports accurately within the internal database.
- Execute safety protocols strictly during equipment intervention and system resets.
- Assist senior engineers in system upgrades and equipment calibration projects.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or AMHS maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot electromechanical systems.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
- Ability to commit to shift work schedules as required by production demand.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting software.
- A proactive team player with a strong focus on workplace safety and operational excellence.
