Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise assembly of optical lenses and metal mechanical components according to engineering specifications.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure all products meet stringent performance standards.
- Operate assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently in compliance with company protocols.
- Document production data accurately to maintain traceability and quality control records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 5S and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot assembly challenges and improve process efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent output.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Certificate/Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in assembly, electronics, or precision manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small, delicate components.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail, specifically regarding quality and consistency.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or work instructions effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data logging.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to perform well in a shift-based environment.
