Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, and other building systems
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel equipment and systems to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Assist in the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of new technology and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to hotel operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in engineering, facilities management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar technical role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and staff
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with maintenance management software
- Valid work permit for Singapore (if applicable)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
