In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering immersive, high-impact audio experiences for our guests, working behind the scenes at one of Asia’s premier lifestyle and entertainment destinations.
As an Audio Technician, you will be responsible for the seamless operation, maintenance, and setup of complex audio systems for our various shows and attractions. You will collaborate with lighting, video, and stage management teams to ensure technical excellence in every performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor professional audio equipment for daily shows, events, and complex theatrical performances.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on audio hardware, including consoles, speakers, amplifiers, and signal processors.
- Assist in the setup and strike of audio equipment for live performances and special events.
- Ensure signal integrity and optimal sound quality across all installed venue systems.
- Manage stage audio cabling and wireless microphone frequency coordination.
- Document technical performance logs and report equipment status to the Technical Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backstage working environment in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Audio Engineering, Music Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in live sound reinforcement or theatrical audio environments.
- Proficiency in operating digital mixing consoles (e.g., Yamaha, DiGiCo, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of signal flow, gain staging, and loudspeaker system troubleshooting.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, to support show schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during live show scenarios.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to technical precision.
