Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the modernization of machine systems by transitioning manual operations to automated processes.
- Perform comprehensive scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to monitor machine output and identify opportunities for productivity enhancements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure maintenance tools are calibrated and in optimal working condition.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document maintenance logs and repair activities in the company's management system for future reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably with FMCG companies.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLC programming, and electrical control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to the operational needs of the production line.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Semarang, Jawa Tengah.
