Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and conveyor systems
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and implement effective solutions
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment upgrades
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment efficiency
- Respond to emergency breakdowns during operational hours
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or hospitality
- Strong diagnostic skills for industrial machinery
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OHS standards
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently under time constraints
- Valid driver's license for inter-outlet travel
