Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
- Conduct minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
- Troubleshoot technical malfunctions and implement prompt, effective solutions.
- Monitor building automation systems to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance logs and equipment performance reports.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests during and after hours as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with all occupational safety and health (OSHA) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or facility management.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on skills in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to perform shift work or standby duties when required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital maintenance management software.
