Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct inspections of building systems to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures
- Install new electrical components and systems as required by project specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and projects
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in electrical systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field
- Proven experience as an electrical technician or building maintenance specialist
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building infrastructure, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid electrical work permit or license as required by Singapore regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
