Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics on bus engines, transmissions, and chassis systems.
- Execute repairs and overhauls for mechanical and electrical faults within the workshop environment.
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all vehicles comply with local regulations and company standards.
- Document all maintenance work, service reports, and parts usage accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to optimize workflow and ensure timely fleet turnaround.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with HSE guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Relevant experience in bus maintenance, heavy machinery, or automotive workshop settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with bus systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and braking systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
- Valid Class 3B Driving License is an added advantage.
