In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the operational efficiency of our facility's temperature-controlled infrastructure and kitchen equipment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and functionality. You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of complex cooling and heating systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance across all units. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on Chiller and Refrigerator units to ensure optimal cooling performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs of industrial heating equipment, including ovens and commercial stoves.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and implement efficient repair solutions.
- Monitor and record equipment performance data to identify potential failures before they occur.
- Collaborate with the facility team to maintain all kitchen and refrigeration infrastructure in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment during all service and repair activities.
- Provide emergency support for system breakdowns to minimize operational disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Technician, specifically in maintaining HVAC, Chiller, or Refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance (Ovens/Stoves).
- Ability to read technical manuals and electrical schematics.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
