Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain security and fire protection systems including alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and access control solutions
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of security equipment to identify and resolve technical issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Respond to emergency service calls and provide technical support during critical security incidents
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for system installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate service schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies in security and fire protection systems
Kualifikasi
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security system installation, maintenance, or fire protection technology
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Valid electrical or security systems certification (e.g., SIA, NICET) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with mechanical and electronic systems
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in client environments
