Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment and tools
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex maintenance projects
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 License issued by Singapore's authorities
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance or related field
- Technical knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
