Tanggung Jawab
- Perform composite layup, trimming, drilling, and sanding operations on aircraft components.
- Conduct structural repairs on composite materials using approved repair techniques and methods.
- Operate autoclave and curing ovens, strictly monitoring process parameters to ensure material integrity.
- Inspect composite parts for defects and ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and EASA quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment in accordance with safety regulations.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software for tooling preparation and process planning where required.
- Document all fabrication and repair activities accurately in technical logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Composite Manufacturing.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in composite fabrication or aerospace maintenance.
- Strong understanding of composite materials (CFRP, GFRP) and thermoset curing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to undergo additional technical training.
- Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment with possible exposure to noise and fumes.
