IDMS Technologies is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive installation, calibration, repair, and maintenance of copier machines and related office equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the installation, setup, and configuration of new copier machines and multifunctional devices for clients.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions accurately.
- Execute timely repairs using authorized spare parts and standard service tools.
- Provide technical support and basic training to end-users regarding device operation and care.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory logs for all assigned tasks.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company service standards during all maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in copier or printer maintenance and repair.
- Technical certification in electronics or a related engineering field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within office equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and user manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is required as the role involves field visits.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused service attitude.
