Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on SMT and BGA production equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using technical schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Monitor production output and quality standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to upgrade tooling, fixtures, and automation systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest process improvements for higher efficiency.
- Train junior technicians and support staff on equipment operation and safety procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SMT, BGA, or similar electronics assembly environments.
- Strong understanding of conveyor systems, pick-and-place machines, and reflow soldering processes.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
