Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart home systems including lighting, security, climate control, and entertainment networks
- Coordinate project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of smart home solutions
- Conduct client consultations to assess requirements and recommend tailored automation systems
- Manage project documentation, technical specifications, and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment and materials
- Provide technical training and support to clients post-installation
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in smart home technology installation or project coordination
- Proficiency in automation systems (e.g., KNX, Crestron, Control4) and IoT protocols
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project timelines
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Certification in smart home technology or project management preferred
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Selangor region
