Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and repair of electrical circuits, control panels, and mechanical components.
- Maintain and overhaul mould systems to meet precise manufacturing specifications and production quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement proactive adjustments to prevent machine failures.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime during shift changes and scheduled maintenance windows.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts and specialized tools.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols and plant safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and power hand tools.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and troubleshoot complex mould system issues.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a technical team.
- Willingness to work on shifts and respond to emergency equipment breakdowns as needed.
